本套移动淘金设备为移动卧式离心选矿车，处理量每小时100-150吨，回收率可达到90%以上，是青州冠诚重工机械有限公司根据用户实际需求及多年淘金机械制作经验独立研发设计制作而成，具有移动灵活方便、操作简单、故障率低、维护保养方便等特点。

该移动淘金设备主要优势：

1、移动灵活方便，可原地180度转向，只需要一辆牵引车辆便可随时轻松移动至工作场地。

2、采用了沙泵+缓冲箱的进料方式，在配合其它淘金设备时无需寻找高低落差、搭建平台。

3、可以配合多种其它的淘金设备使用，如振动溜槽、鼓动溜槽、抽沙船等，提高处理量与回收率。

4、可轻松改变进料方式：可以把缓冲箱换成大料斗进料方式，安装轻松方便。

5、卧式全自动排矿离心机在淘金车上使用时工作可靠、稳定，并且由PLC电脑全自动控制，极大的提高了工作效率。

Introduction

【移动淘金设备流程概述】

原料通过沙泵打入缓冲箱内进行减压，进入滚筒筛内进行清洗筛选分级为：细料与粗料(即废料)两种规格，其中废料直接通过废料溜槽排入废料区域；

细料排入细料箱内通过沙泵打入一台由PLC控制的卧式全自动排矿离心机内进行精选，精料会自动通过精料管道排出，废料通过废料管道排出至废料区域。

The technology process

The raw material is poured into input speed reducing box by sand pump to reduce pressure and feeding speed,then enters into the trommel screen separator to be separating into 2sizes,small and big size which is useless directly geting rid by scrap sluice

The samll size material is discharged into horizontal automatic discharging centrifuge controlled by PLC through sand pump, and the concentrate automatically discharged from concentrate discharge port, scrap material is discharged into the waste area from the scrap material pipe
